I've lived with my family in a 1930s house called The Willows for many years, and somewhere along the way I realised I was spending far too much time worrying about how things should be done (thanks Instagram and Pinterest!)

These days I'm giving myself permission to do things my own way instead.

Some ideas work brilliantly.

Others... become excellent stories.
